the last mile

If I was running a marathon, I think this is how I’d feel as I approached the last mile: so tired, so ready to quit–yet I can almost feel the finish line. Why did I assign so many papers?

  • 27 literary analysis papers – due on Friday
  • 9 technical writing projects – due Friday
  • 17 formal reports – coming on Monday
  • 9 grant writing projects – coming on Tuesday
  • 27 final exams – coming on Wednesday
  • 16 content management projects – coming on Thursday

Damn.

But then I’m done grading until June 26th 🙂
